Future Beacons Disability Services was formed in Dandenong to provide quality support services to people living in the east and southeastern parts of Melbourne.

Our organisation was formed to provide a positive point of difference to other providers but delivering personalised support and to help our clients reach their goals without complicated red tape.

Our team members are not referred to as support workers, rather as Beacons - offering a Beacon of light for all of our clients.

Missions / creed

Our mission is to provide personalised support for people of most ages with any condition to help them achieve the most they can from life.

We have a hands-on approach and all of our Beacons are committed towards providing support services in person and developing strong relationships with all of our clients now and into the future.

Our promise to you is that you will not have to deal with complicated NDIS, funding or finance issues via web portals or emails and that you will always have a Beacon by your side for support.
